Green Highlights of the project:
- The project is an IT development. Separate driveways have been provided for buses and cars to avoid congestion.
- All required services and infrastructure has been provided for this plot.
- Seawge treatment plant has been proposed to treat waste water generated from project site.
- Zero discharge has been proposed for the project. Treated water will be recycled for gardening, flushing & HVAC requirement.
- Wet waste will be treated onsite organic waste converter Machine, Mannure which will be generated is proposed to used in landscape area of proposed project. E waste will be collected and handed over to authorized recyclers for further disposal.
- Rain water harvesting pits has been proposed to recharge the ground water.
