- The project is a commercial development project. All required services and infrastructure has been provided for this plot.
- Seawge treatment plant has been proposed to treat waste water generated from project site. Treated water is proposed to be recycled for gardening & flushing requirement.
- Wet waste will be treated onsite organic waste converter Machine, Mannure which will be generated is proposed to used in landscape area of proposed project. E waste will be collected and handed over to authorized recyclers for further disposal.
- Rain water harvesting pits has been proposed to recharge the ground water.
- Around 18% of open space has been provided in project.
